Born and raised in Milwaukee, Chef Adam Pawlak found his love for cooking while watching his grandmother prepare her classic Italian dishes. As chef/owner of Egg & Flour Pasta Bar, Pawlak has been named to Milwaukee’s 40 Under 40, voted best chef in the city and has competed on numerous national celebrity cooking shows.

After hours, Chef Pawlak can be found playing golf, banging away as a rock drummer or sitting for another food related tattoo. Pawlak’s Picks are the shoes he puts on for his off hours looks.
